Fabulous - and cheap- homemade cakes in Ascot Vale

Hop along to Union Rd, Ascot Vale, this Saturday - MAY 5 - morning to buy fabulous cakes, biccies and other delights (very probably the Turkish variety) from 9am.

We’ll be on the footpath, raising money for drought relief AND the Ascot Vale Uniting Church (the one that burnt down three years ago; plans to rebuild are mired in red tape, not to mention mixed mesages, courtesy MVCC) .

Cooking is being done by the people of the Ascot Vale Uniting Church.

Any requests for good old-fashioned anything? We could give it a go. Just tell us here on Nook!
