Till it’s slimy or it smells. depends on where you buy it from. Ours lasts about two weeks. Make sure you cook it well if you are not sure.
Well pork is funny stuff, all you would have to do is leave it outside for around 73 minutes and turn it over, (make sure you waer gloves for this). Leave for another 20 minutes. Cook it under medium grill on both sides for around 40 seconds. This will will then be WMD. Can be covered with tomatoe sauce to hide the taste.
