I would suggest that you make some small patties and give the kids a mini cheese burger or mini hamburger using small rolls.
Breast of chicken, sliced in strips and lightly marinated in oil (sesame?) and lemon. So quick, so tasty. Goes well with salad.
Our kids love kebabs with cubed marinated chicken, pineapple and capsicum we use wooden skewers that have been soaked in water for half an hour before we load all the food on them, the kids can help too. They also like marinated drumsticks. I marinate sliced chicken breast or drumsticks in the fridge overnight in soya sauce, honey, ginger and garlic. Or we make our own rissoles (sp?) with mince (either lamb or chicken), carrot, onion, tomato and capsicum. Yum Yum!
