Help with a homeopath

Am seeking help for WonderBoy (Aged 6), so someone with a good bedside manner as well as great skill would be truly ideal. Many thanks in advance, Nooksters!

Homeopathic remedies don’t actually work , do they ? They all say “give up dairy” , “give up tea and coffee and alcohol” , “buy organic” “keep taking these herbs, it will be 6 months before they have an effect” . Bit like the doctor saying fill this prescription and see me next week. Doctors and homeopaths know that most things run their course and we get better on our own.
A man collapses, clutching his heart, gasping for breath, shooting pains down the left side, rises up with effort and yells ” Quick, somebody call me a Homeopath ! “
I agree with segue, there is no more proof that homeopathy works than there is that ……. oh never mind..
It is no more effective than a placebo.
treat your ills with things that help cure them.

asking for a GOOD homeopath is like asking for a good conman.
Incidentally, Segue, homeopaths don’t prescribe herbs or prohibitions on dairy foods; naturopaths do.
Your comments, therefore, make me think that perhaps you don’t know what you are talking about. Could that possibly be the case?
Ackbar: if homeopathics are as effective as a placebo, I say: bring them on!
The placebo effect is powerful.
I’m seeking effect, whether it be of the placebo, western medical, faith-healing or other variety.
Dear WW, on reflection, I posted an apology for my comments not long after your initial reply, and as penance, gave a commitment to advise if I heard of a good homeopath. Basically my post stated that I was wrong to make disparaging comments when a Nookster was looking for genuine assistance from her “community” .
That post does not seem to be here… ? Not the first time this has happened. do I start to get paranoid now or later ?
Anyway, the only recommendation I could garner was in Montmorency, not exactly close :
